Well, I suppose I am going to use this page to describe some things about myself personally. Here, you'll find all kinds of pictures and links of and to the things I like most about life, or just things I find pretty entertaining. Remember, all comments on this page are merely my opinion so don't take offense if we disagree on some subjects. However, I will always entertain arguments as to why, for example, Roberto Clemente was the best baseball player that ever played. Bring it on!
I am married to the most wonderful woman in the world, Linda. I have created a page devoted to her. You can access that page by clicking here. We have been married for twelve years now, and the fun never stops. I could keep talking, but if you go to the Linda page, then you can read all about her and how we met and became engaged.
Linda and I also have an adopted little girl from China. Her name was Lin WuFei, and her American name is Mia Lin Goodman. She's been the best child so far and you can see lots of pictures of her on my (outdateD) photos page.
Oh holy cow, if there weren't any sports, I would be a lost man! I am from Pittsburgh, PA originally, and so I am a die-hard Steeler fan. If there's a Steeler game on television here in Pella, you can bet I am at home watching it. So now, you know where to find me! Likewise, I'm a huge University of Oklahoma fan, since that's where I graduated from in 2002.
I also coach a U14 girls premier club soccer team, the Pella Oranjes. You can read all about them at either the Pella Soccer Club website.
I also love to read. I try to select books that are both entertaining to me and also help me find meaning in life. I keep a journal of my reading and collect clippings of meaningful passages and quotes from the books I've read.
