Merry Christmas from the Fyfe Family!

Seasons Greetings from our home to yours.

We hope that your 2006 was an enjoyable year.

The annual Fyfe family gathering occurred at a more adventurous locale this year - Breckenridge, Colorado. We liked it so much that we stayed for several days after the rest of the family left and enjoyed more hiking, horseback riding, and our first taste of white water rafting. Stephen thought it was a little tame, but the kids really enjoyed it. We have always loved Colorado in the summer, but haven't been back for several years. This year reminded us why we liked it so much, and we won't wait so long before returning next time! Pictured to the left are Rachel, Abby and Rebekah along with several of their Fyfe cousins from Clear Lake and Tinley Park.

Rachel Abby and Rebekah continue to grow and keep us quite busy. We have officially shifted from parents to chauffer! Rachel's 7th grade activities include orchestra, show choir, band, jazz band & mock trial. Abby, now in 5th grade, has also started band and orchestra, and still participates in swim team, soccer & softball. Our 1st grader, Rebekah, enjoys soccer, swim team & softball. She was also very proud to make a hair donation to Locks of Love during the summer.

Those of you who are around us during the summer months know that we are avid Cub fans and have watched many games on TV the last few years. Abby is still waiting for Len and Bob to answer her emails! We have seen the Cubs play in St. Louis, but in August we were finally able to make a trip to Wrigley field. The trip was especially meaningful for Stephen who has not been back to Wrigley since he was a child. It brought back memories of trips to Grandma's apartment with brothers and cousins and then a seat in the bleachers. Back then a ticket to a Cub game was easy to get!

We hope you liked going through the highlights of our last year.  As always:

"Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can."
